Our hearts go out to those who have lost loved ones and those fighting the virus. Cari Jayy The Salon is taking the necessary precautions as the world navigates the pandemic. All CDC guidelines will be followed at the salon. We are praying for everyone!
Covid-19 Liability Form
Covid-19 Procedures - To ensure the safety of clients and salon providers, our salon liability form must be signed prior to your appointment. A mask must be worn at all times and you must wash and sanitize your hands upon arrival. If you have traveled internationally or domestically within the last 14 days, please quarantine for at least 14 days before scheduling an appointment. Please text the salon upon arrival and remain in your car until your service provider is ready to service you.
Payments - WE ARE 100% CONTACTLESS & CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
Cancellations - Cari Jayy The Salon has a 48-hr cancellation policy. Cancellations made under 48-hrs will be charged 50% of scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service.

ARE YOU STIILL OPEN?
YES. Cari Jayy The Salon will be open unless mandated to close by the state of Illinois.
IF I’M SICK, WHAT SHALL I DO?
If you have any symptoms of sickness (loss of sense of taste and smell, temperature of 100.4, shortness of breath, dry cough, sore throat), please call the salon as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
