How does your schedule work?

The calendar is a 30-day rolling calendar. For example, the schedule is open from Jan 1st - Jan 30th and the next day it will be open from Jan 2nd - Jan 31st. For months with 30 days, the days are exactly 30 days apart (Apr 1st - May 1st).

What is your salon schedule? 

The salon is open on the following days/times:

Monday 12pm - 2pm (Virtual Consultations Only)

Tuesday - Closed

Wed 12pm - 7pm

Thurs 10am - 6pm

Fri 10am - 6pm

Sat 9am - 4pm

Sun - Closed



I haven't been to the salon in a while, what should I do first?

If you are new or you are an old client who has not been serviced by the salon in the last six (6) months (a lot can change in six months), a consultation is required before booking any services. You can choose between an in-person consultation or virtual consultation. 



Why are consultations important/required?

Consultations are an intimate time between you and the stylist to discuss your hair in depth. We dive into your lifestyle, routine, hair condition, goals, fears and much more. Consultations help your stylist to better understand your needs and help to tailor your routine and future services to what your hair needs for optimal health. Consultations allow the stylist to see a glimpse of who you are and for the stylist to better serve you in the salon. 



Does the price of the consultation go toward the service?

No, the consultation price does not apply to any future services. 



I need to cancel my appointment, what should I do? 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 48-hr cancellation policy. we ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the start time of your appointment. Cancellations and  Reschedules notices that are within 48 hours of service time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount (Members: CLASSIC: 24-hr, LUXE: 18-hr). NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN A 100% CHARGE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE AMOUNT TO YOUR CARD ON FILE.


LATE POLICY

At Cari Jayy The salon, we encourage you to arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We allow for a 15-minute grace period to ensure we respect the time of each client(5-minute grace period for consultations). Please notify the salon if you are running 15-mins or LESS to your appointment. Arriving after the grace period will result in an additional $20 late penalty fee that will be added to your overall service cost (Members: LUXE: Waived fee). After 20 minutes (10 minutes for consultations)  your appointment will be canceled and you will be subject to pay full price of scheduled service.


"PAY NOW' OPTION

If “Pay Now” option is selected upon appointment confirmation, in order to receive a refund for rescheduling or cancellation, you must reschedule/cancel within 48 hours after payment is made, or 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment. 

If requirements are met, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.



Is there parking? 

Yes! There is free parking located in Joffco Square (across the street from the salon) on the 5th floor (uncovered floor where Core Power Yoga is located). 

There is also metered parking located in the front of the salon as well as the adjacent streets.
